Overall immaculately clean property, it had great staff and location. Liked that it was 15 minutes' walk from the train station. The breakfast had lots of food, like cereals, yoghourt, porridge and pancakes.

The venue was clean and fairly large. Brand-new rooms were outstanding, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Buffet breakfast, the food was appetising. Late check-out was useful. Reception was very friendly.

The hotel was brand-new and in a central location. Popped in The Crab Shack for shots before sleep, it was within walking distance of the venue. The guest room was well-kept and the bed was comfortable. Very good service at the cafe!

The stay was truly memorable; no complaints. We appreciated staying in the place thanks to staff and location. It took us 10 minutes on foot to get to the downtown. There was a good bar with a good choice of different food, such as burgers, fries and pizza. The hassle-free check-in process too.

I recommend this place. Everything was amazing, good service, lovely location not far from ferry, the main shopping street of Wellington and train. Room was quite: good bed, newly renovated bathroom. Exceptionally helpful staff and quick to respond.

The breakfast was exceptional with meats, breads, fruit, tea and coffee, the bed was soft. I found Boulcott Street Bistro a short walk to the hotel where I had supper.

it was an amazing location and the staff was extremely helpful. i loved that the room was non-smoking and non-smoking. i had luxurious bathroom. walking distance to the good beach. good reception. excellent drinks, fast wifi were a nice surprise.

Everything in this fantastic hotel was good, we loved it. Staff was always available, they are all very polite people. The gourmet restaurant was top-notch, they served fresh food. Had good drinks in the English bar. Top location to Wellington Museum.

Very handy location, apologetic staff, plenty of food for the continental breakfast. I appreciated my stay from check-in to downstairs bar with cool drinks. There was free WiFi that worked well throughout the property. Very clean and very nicely decorated hotel in CBD - Lambton Quay district. Plus, it was just next door to both the town and the waterfront.

I loved so pleasant staff, handy location. Absolutely delicious food was served here, absolutely superb breakfast. Room service was admirable, quick check-in. There was a modest restaurant, the shops and supermarkets next door. Visited few places in the centre, just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel...
The bed was not comfortable, unfortunately.

We loved the reasonably priced location of the hotel and the comfortable decor of our room. Absolutely nice staff, helpful room service. The continental breakfast was to die for. A good stay with a heated swimming pool.
